Job Description:

NTi's Quality Inspectors provide quality inspection support to Norsk Titanium during the manufacturing of additive manufactured components. They support expected activities related to Quality. This position will be responsible for ensuring that product follows QMS, ISO 9001/AS9100 and conforms with customer requirements. In a typical day, your expertise: Performs Quality Inspection including raw material and consumables Performs 3D Scanning and Dimensional Control operations Performs Quality Control activities, including visual inspection of printed preform, sonic machined and final machined products Performs internal calibrations Creates Final product CoCs Performs trend analysis, in support of dimensional control activities Resolves and/or documents issues arising from inspections Safely operates material handling equipment, including forklift, pallet jack, etc. Proposes improvements to increase profitability, competitiveness, reliability, quality, safety, etc. Adheres to and promotes applicable Policies, Procedures, Safety Rules & Regulations and Security Guidelines Other duties and responsibilities as required for the successful operation of business (This position will have access to technology and/or software source code that is subject to U.S. export controls. Required Qualifications & Skills

• Two or more years in quality inspection in a regulated industry (AS9100, ISO 9000) • Preferred Technical education (associate or bachelor degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing industry) • Understanding of ASME Y14.5 GD&T and working in a Quality Management System • Familiarity with ultrasonic NDT inspection methodology and application • Familiarity with calibrated measuring devices • Intermediate computer-skills experience with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat • Fluent mastery of English language • Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles • Demonstrated experience operating Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) preferred
